The Gypsy Goddess Has a New Home — Welcome In

I've been sitting on this one for a while, so it feels good to finally say it: The Gypsy Goddess Studio has a new home, and it's officially open.

If you've been following along for a bit, you know this shop has lived in a lot of places over the years — Creative Market, Gumroad, my old self-hosted site. This new site is meant to be the place all of that finally lives together, under one roof, built the way I actually wanted it from the start.

Why Now

Here's what you should know about me: I have a full-time day job, and The Gypsy Goddess is the thing I build at night — the patterns, the brushes, the courses, all of it made in the hours most people spend winding down. It's my creative joy, not my only income, which means my time for it is limited and I want to spend it making things, not maintaining a website.

My old self-hosted WordPress site got hacked three times over the years I ran it. The last time, someone quietly flipped my published blog posts back to drafts in the background — nothing dramatic, just slow and patient, which honestly made it worse. I finally realized I didn't start this brand so I could spend my precious creative hours babysitting a server instead of designing. So I made the move to Shopify, a platform that actually handles the security and the maintenance for me, so I can go back to just making things. (If you want the full, honest story of that decision, I wrote it up separately — it's a longer read, but it's here if you're curious.)

This new site is what came out of that decision. It's faster, it's actually secure, and it's finally organized the way this shop should have been from day one.

What You'll Find Here Right Now

The shop is still slowly populating as I move everything over, but here's how it's organized:

Digital Downloads — Photoshop and Procreate brushes, seamless patterns, backgrounds, and more, ready to drop straight into your own design work.

Apparel & Art Prints — physical pieces, made through print-on-demand, so you can wear or hang a little piece of this world.

Courses — where I teach the actual techniques behind the patterns, for anyone who wants to build these skills themselves instead of just buying the finished file.

Thank you for being patient with me while I get everything moved over and organized. If something looks a little sparse right now, that's temporary — there's a lot more coming.

What's Coming in the Next Couple of Weeks

I'm not launching this and disappearing for six months — there's a real lineup on the way:

  • Tie-dye hoodies, t-shirts, and sweaters — apparel with the same patterns you already know from my digital brushes and downloads, now on things you can actually wear.
  • Boho art prints — ready to hang, for anyone who wants this look on their wall instead of (or in addition to) their body.

A New Endeavor I'm Really Excited About

And a little further out, I'm working on something genuinely new for this shop: digital downloads of designs made specifically for people to use as tattoo references and flash (flash is the tattoo-world term for ready-to-ink designs — the kind of pre-drawn art you'd see pinned up on a tattoo shop's wall, ready to tattoo pretty much as-is instead of a fully custom piece) — the same tie-dye, boho, and pattern-driven style you already know from me, reimagined for skin instead of fabric or a Photoshop canvas. If you've ever wanted a piece of this world permanently, this one's for you. More details soon.

Thanks for Being Here

However you found your way to this shop — whether you've been here since the early tie-dye brush days or you just stumbled in today — thank you for being here for this. This site has been a long time coming, and I'm genuinely excited to keep building it out in the open, with you watching it grow.

More products, more categories, and that tattoo line are all on the way. Stick around.
