These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of thegypsygoddess.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from The Gypsy Goddess Studio, operated by Diane Pascual. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Are

The Gypsy Goddess Studio is a Nevada-based digital design business. You can reach us at diane@thegypsygoddess.com.

Eligibility

Our Site and products are intended for users 13 and older. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission and supervision to make a purchase.

Products We Offer

We sell digital design downloads (Photoshop and Procreate brushes, seamless patterns, backgrounds, vector sets, fonts, and templates), print-on-demand apparel and art prints fulfilled through a third-party partner, and self-paced digital courses.

Licensing & Intellectual Property

All designs, files, courses, and content on this Site are the property of The Gypsy Goddess Studio and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a product gives you a license to use it under the terms specified for that product — see our Licenses page for the full details on Commercial, Extended, and Font licenses, and what is and isn't allowed when reselling products made with our designs.

You may not resell, share, redistribute, or claim as your own any original digital file you purchase from us, whether modified or not, except as expressly permitted under the license you purchased.

Prohibited Activities

When using our Site, you agree not to: scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the Site; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source files beyond what you've purchased; use bots or other automated means to access the Site or place orders; or republish, sell, sublicense, or redistribute our digital products or course materials outside the terms of your license.

Payments

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept the payment methods made available at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Refunds & Returns

Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing — it explains our policy on digital products, courses, and print-on-demand apparel and art prints.

Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. It's your responsibility to ensure you have the software and hardware needed to open and use the files you buy (for example, Photoshop or Procreate). We're not able to guarantee compatibility with every device or software version.

Print-on-Demand Products

Apparel and art prints are produced and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand partner. Production times, shipping times, sizing, and color may vary slightly from the partner's own standards, which are outside of our direct control.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our Site and products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to represent our products accurately, but we don't guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Gypsy Goddess Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites linked from ours.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the Site at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
